You can't deny quality. It's Friday morning. It's time to treat myself. So it's time for a sushi and Red Bull breakfast.

I bring this up because last night he was out. I had the flat to myself. I was too tired to workout. I have no money. What is a boy to do?
Easy. Nap. To excellerate the napping process I listen to music. I find the best music for this is Slayer, especially their stand out classic Reign in Blood.
I don't know what it is. The speedy guitars. The screaming. The piston drums. But I'll put that album on, lie down and the next thing I know it's finished and I've got a furry mouth.
